GreenBox appeared on ABC Shark Tank Season 6 Episode 16 (January 30, 2015), asking for $300,000 for 10% equity stake in their company. Kevin O’Leary firstly gave an offer of $300k for 10% of the company, but contingent on a deal with a major pizza company and he would also want the $300k back from first deal.

Robert Herjavec and Lori Greiner made an offer together. They wanted $300k for 30% of the company, contingent on a deal with a major pizza company as well, but no need to pay them back.

Finally, GreenBox totally accepted Kevin O’Leary’s offer as they did not want to give up so much equity because they believed in the potential of the business.

● About the Company:

GreenBox is a company that’s always thinking outside, and inside, the box…creating a whole new standard for the 21st century food industry.”
