Sorry guys, but you got that last one on Toyota wrong. Fuel cell cars (and the one on batteries like Tesla) still have big carbon footprint. Problem is that hydrogen is used not like energy source but energy storage. In order to cut carbon emissions we have to shut down coal plants and other electric plants that use fossil fuels. 
PS Nuclear energy is, also, not completely carbon neutral because of the transport and refining of uranium ore heavily use fossil fuel. Documents you used for reference acknowledge that.
